Returns: Food can not be resold, hence, we accept no returns except for Incorrect Orders where Simpatico Coffee is the party responsible for the error.

Shipping: Simpatico Coffee only ships with carriers (shipping agent) who provide tracking.  The delivery liability for Simpatico Coffee ends with a confirmed delivery by the shipping agent.  Any parcels missing after delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping notifications are automatic and the responsibility of the shipping agent.

Incorrect Orders: Simpatico Coffee will correct any and all orders where Simpatico Coffee is the party responsible for the error.  Simpatico Coffee is not responsible for the remedy of errors made by the customer.  We will, however, try to remedy any customer errors for the lowest possible price.
